At Sona Yoga, in Randwick, Sydney, we believe that yoga is for every body – from the absolute beginner to the most pretzeled yogi. Through the practice of mindful movement and regulated breath in standing, seated, balancing and inverted postures, you’ll learn to quiet your mind – while cultivating core strength and muscle tone, and enhancing your flexibility.
We offer four types of classes – Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative – designed to challenge, inspire, calm and soothe. Balancing active flows with more restful poses, to create harmony and wellbeing in body and mind.
