Anna began her yoga journey over 10 years ago in the UK. Stiff as plank from a long history of athletics, netball, tennis and hockey, she found that yoga increased her flexibility, decreased injuries and help to calm and balance her mind.
Anna trained in vinyasa yoga with Jolie Manza in Bali, and also loves the traditional Iyengar method. She has practised and studied with teachers all over the world, most recently with Maty Ezraty, Meghan Currie, Kathryn Budig, Mel McLaughlin, Susanna Topp and Lara Zilibowitz. She also has a background in Sports Massage Therapy, and is passionate about keeping the body free of injury and stress.
With a fresh and intuitive teaching style, Anna’s classes are dynamic and challenging but will leave you feeling light and relaxed. She loves to see people of all levels of fitness and experience connect to their bodies through movement and breath.
