Gemma Mills

Gemma’s first experience of yoga was in a tough Iyengar class in Leeds, UK. Originally a kickboxer, she loved the balance that it brought to her body but the feeling of health and and mental clarity kept her going back.

Since her first teacher training with Holly Coles at Preshana Vinyasa in 2014, Gemma has completed Shiva Rea’s Mandala of Asanas with Chanel Luck, and Intermediate teacher training at BodyMindLife with Simon Park, Noelle Connolly, Jo Gates and Kat Clayton.

Gemma classes are fun, flowing and uplifting, set to an ever-evolving soundscape that adds a fluid, dance-like aspect to the practice. When not in the studio she’s dreaming and doing for The Secret Yoga Society, creating magical combinations of yoga,  food and wonderful people  that connect and inspire.
