A mum to two small boys, Ilana understands what it's like to live life chaotically. For the past 10 years, Yoga has brought clarity and the peace of mind to deal when things get tough.
Since completing yoga teacher training in 2010, she has been lucky enough to study with Clive Sheridan, Sindar Kaur, Mark Breadner, Christina Brown and Ana Davis. She has continued to develop her skills and knowledge through Shiva Rea’s Fluid Power Teacher Training facilitated by Simon Park, and BodyMindLife’s Art of Alignment & Assisting.
Her passion for teaching pre and post-natal yoga evolved after falling pregnant with her sons. She attributes yoga with positively transforming her birthing experience and as giving her the tools to approach becoming a first time mother with great confidence and strength.
Ilana’s classes are playful and energetic, inspired by the signature Lotus Flow Vinyasa Yoga. She encourages students to bring joy and grace into the practice, so they can reach their full potential on and off the mat.
