Julia’s love of movement has been anything but conventional. Scrap dance classes or sport, Julia was far happier climbing trees and scaling cliff faces out in the suburban Brisbane ‘bush’ but it wasn’t the physicality of yoga that hooked her. For one glorious hour, negative mind chatter would fade into the muted distance.
While completing yoga teacher training, Julia first began to understand the depth of healing that yoga offered. Far more than just strengthening and stretching, she found a moving meditation; a sensual, mindful exploration of body, mind, and spirit.
