Sandra is a passionate yogini, artist and yoga photographer. Searching for ways to manage an auto-immune condition condition that affected her spine, she found yoga. "Yoga helped me to listen to my body, positively impacting my health and helping me to find balance, purpose and happiness.
From a global career in corporate management roles, Sandra now loves to share her journey with others, helping them to find balance and restore their health and wellbeing.
Sandra classes are nurturing and calming, helping her students find peace, reduce stress levels and become more mindful. Since completing 500 hours of training with Mark Breadner in 2012, and a training in restorative yoga, she has taught small groups, corporate and one-on-one classes.
