Siina has been a lover of all things yoga for almost a decade, and completed her 350 hour teacher training at Nature Care College in 2012. In the years that followed her practice has evolved and slowed down, leading her in to the study of yoga yoga under the guidance of leading Australian Yin teacher, Sarah Owen.
Although she loves the flow of a dynamic yoga practice, it’s in yin that Siina feels she has the most to share. She loves the meditative aspect, the way it invites one to listen, learn and heal from within.
Siina’s classes provide an environment that allows you to go deep, while feeling safe and supported. She believes the most simple methods are the most potent, and aims to teach her students skills that they can take away and apply outside of the yoga room.
