First-timers and new practioners are invited to join Gemma Mills at Sona Yoga for a 3 part workshop series that will break down the basics of yoga.

Roll out a mat and learn the essentials of the vinyasa yoga practice with Gemma. In a series of three 2 hour workshops you will learn how to move through an alignment-based flow, and how to use props to safely support your practice. We’ll explore classical yoga philosophy, and tap into the power of breath work and meditation.
Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move + bring your questions!
