Iridescence is an optical phenomenon in which an interplay of colours shifts and changes with the observer’s perspective and the angle of illumination. We see it on the the exoskeletons of beetles, in soap bubbles and oil slicks, on the wings of dragonflies and inside shells. The word itself is derived in part from the Greek goddess Iris, who appears in mythology as the personification of the rainbow.
This masterclass is an opportunity to buff away the residue that dulls perception, a deep, slow and open melodious flow that will open your hips and heart, and give you the time and space to tune in to the shimmer of your own luminosity.
