Autumn is the season of creating and letting go. The start of the school year can be demanding for everyone and the first school holidays of the year are a welcomed break. Take some time out to reconnect with each another, release stresses and worries, celebrate what makes us unique and connect to what’s most precious in our lives. Through yoga and mindfulness play and games you'll share a fun hour together refreshing body, mind and soul.
Our workshops include adapted Hatha yoga asana, partner and group poses, yoga therapy exercises, yoga and mindfulness games, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and lots of smiles and laughter.
Suitable for families with children 5 - 12 years old. Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
