Experiencing pain, tightness or lack of mobility? The fascia is a densely woven fabric of connective tissue within our bodies that holds us together. It wraps around every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and organ. When the fascia becomes tight it can inhibit movement and cause pain.

Alongside some restorative, Yin style yoga poses, we will explore simple techniques using tennis balls and other props to work into all of your tight spots, releasing the fascia and getting you moving freely again. The beauty of this practice is that you have total control of the pressure you apply and the areas that need attention.
Myofascial release has a calming effect on the central nervous system which will leave you feeling calm and centred for the week ahead.
